Vegetarian Express are the original plant-based foodies. Having worked in vegetarian and vegan food since 1987 they were keen to share their ideas and inspiration with others. We helped them to create an online recipe bank aimed at helping the food industry cater for consumers seeking plant-based dishes. The tool features ingredient lists, nutritional analysis and information on allergens and diet sensitivities, as well as detailed preparatory instructions.
